Yes! Our facility is fully ADA compliant. Accessible seating is available upon request. All requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event by completing this Accessible Seating Request Form.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following items are NOT allowed inside the venue:

• Outside food or drinks

• Weapons of any kind

• Alcohol, cans, or glass containers

• Drones, GoPros, iPads, lasers

• Gels or liquids

• Selfie sticks, tripods, monopods

• Chains and spikes

• Illegal drugs and substances, including paraphernalia such as marijuana

• Audio or video recording equipment

• Bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12”, backpacks, and CamelBaks

• Cameras, unless you have been approved for and obtained a photo pass (cell phones are OK unless the tour has a strict No Photo/No Video Policy).

• Any items deemed dangerous by the venue or law enforcement

Yes, we offer coat check services for a fee.

We have a full bar serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We do not serve food on a regular basis, but special events may feature a food truck or food service partner.

Street parking and public parking lots are available nearby. However, The Rink Studios does not operate any parking facilities. Please avoid parking in private lots, including the one directly behind our building.
