Can I buy tickets in person at your Box Office?

Yes!  You can purchase tickets by coming into the venue up to 2 hours prior to any event we are hosting. Check our website for a list of upcoming events.  Please note we are a cashless venue so a card or tap form of payment will be required.

Is The Rink Studios ADA accessible?

Yes! Our facility is fully ADA compliant. Accessible seating is available upon request. All requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event by completing this Accessible Seating Request Form.

What items are prohibited inside the venue?

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following items are NOT allowed inside the venue:Outside food or drinksWeapons of any kindAlcohol, cans, or glass containersDrones, GoPros, iPads, lasersGels or liquidsSelfie sticks, tripods, monopodsChains and spikesIllegal drugs and substances, including paraphernalia such as marijuanaAudio or video recording equipmentNo backpacks, purses, or large bags are allowed except:
- Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags (maximum size: Width of 10" x Height of 6" x Depth of 4"')
- Small clutch bags (maximum size: 4.5" x 6.5").Cameras, unless you have been approved for and obtained a photo pass (cell phones are OK unless the tour has a strict No Photo/No Video Policy).Any items deemed dangerous by the venue or law enforcement🔹 All bags will be searched prior to entry. Is food or drink available at The Rink Studios?

We have a full bar serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We do not serve food on a regular basis, but special events may feature a food truck or food service partner.

Where can I park?

Street parking and public parking lots are available nearby. However, The Rink Studios does not operate any parking facilities. Please avoid parking in private lots, including the one directly behind our building.
StubHub or third-party parking passes are NOT VALID and we unfortunately cannot assist in any refunds or facilitating communications with these companies.

Can I leave and re-enter the venue?

🚫 No re-entry – Once you leave the venue, re-entry is not permitted. Please make sure you have everything you need before entering.

Where is smoking permitted?

Smoking is only allowed in the designated area just outside the front door.

Access to the smoking area is restricted to guests 21 years of age or older. This policy is in accordance with California tobacco laws and conditions associated with our entertainment permit. Guests under 21 are not permitted in the designated smoking area.

Most of our events are open to all ages. However, some events may have specific age restrictions. Please check individual event pages on our website or the ticketing site for details.
